nervous system upgrade phase 2.1 - dietary considerations

nutritional supplements:
Calcium&Magnesium supplement
Emergen-C multivitamin packet
R-Alpha-Lipoic Acid
B vitamin complex
Phosphatidylserine
Acetyl-L-Carnitine
DMAE
DHA
l-tyrosine
5-htp


usually eat:
cooked beef, beans, and raw vegetables, some noodles, some fruit, 1 black coffee per day
avoid processed sugars and carbohydrates.
no more multiple daily carbonated sugarbomb death beverages :(

weekend diversions:
sashimi, sake, port, 1 (and only 1!) Rockstar beverage allowed per week, occasional mindbender

notes:
- i feel amazingly healthy, happy, alert, and focused; memory better than ever; dreams vivid and elaborate; improved sensory acuity; easier visualization; enhanced chi & aetheric feedback.
- the magnesium supplement is an important one, as it's easy to be deficient. it also helps mellow the hyperexciteability experienced from the combination of loading up on the cholinergic nootropics, taking acetylcholine precursors, and adding a cholinesterase inhibitor on top.
- hydergine is an amazing pharmaceutical, however i only use it for a couple weeks or a month out of every two or three months. yes, it is that potent!
- at my age i don't benefit much from the deprenyl, yet. it will become increasingly relevant as time passes.
-R. Rosea and V. Africana are incredible plants, as beneficial as any of the pharmaceuticals (on the short term, long term benefits as of yet undetermined.)
