I'm new to the Seattle area and would love to meet people with similar interests, find out about organizations or events I might want to get involved with, and get advice on how to properly live and live it up in Seattle.
I live with my S.O. and a manx cat named Gibson on the 15th At. side of Capitol Hill. I got my degree in Media Studies and plan to attend graduate school at UW in their New Tech and Society program. My areas of scholarly interest include new media, emergent technologies, online communities and technological aid to geographic communties. The last paper I wrote was about user-created objects in video games.
