November 16, 2007I met Pooh on the playa in the conclave 2006. We Were waiting for the group and I had no make-up on and felt a little "bare". she brought extra make-up and took the time to paint my face. I was so excited :) Since then I have spent much time with Pooh building a solid friendship. Pooh is straight-up one of the most amazing women I have ever met! She has a huge heart and she is dedicated, beautiful, independent, and has always there for me when I feel like the world is against me. I am very blessed to have a friend like Pooh in my life. You rock girl!!
Wow! What a fun day I had yesterday. Up early to put some finishing touches on my costume, then out the door to sunny SF. Recognized instantly by our animal traininer, the stuffed animal crew rallied up the hill stopping only for Bloody Marys, brew, and photos. What an interesting feeling it is to be one of the spectacles of SF.Mon, March 17, 2008 - 11:03 AM permalink - 8 comments
Then on to GG Park where my circles of friends melded together like a grilled cheese sandwich. YUM!
Thanks to everyone for making yesterday a great day!

Colorado is beautiful! Maybe it was my luck to see it with fresh snow, but I probably could have spent an entire month exploring each nook and cranny. This state has easily made it to my ‘return soon’ list.Fri, December 8, 2006 - 7:25 AM permalink - 4 comments
I was very lucky to have some personal tour guides throughout my Colorado journey. Diana - a friend from work - and Krissy - a fire friend - mapped out several ‘don’t miss’ highlights. The icing on the cake was having Cornelia, Krissy’s mom; open her home to me during my stay in Denv... read more
