(blog entry)
Not that I care about bi-partisanship, but I get an uneasy feeling listening to Mitt Romney stump around, flip-flopping, et al, so I decided to compare his cliches per minute to Obama's insane 6.3 per minute rate. I sense that Romney is the type o...

Every time I hear Obama speak, I can't help but laugh. For the sake of my own entertainment, I counted and highlighted the cliches from Obama's speech announcing his run for the Democratic nomination. 126 cliches in total, and according to the C-S...

Lots of reasons to be worried about Justice John G. Roberts
(blog entry)
Yesterday’s NY Times was practically begging the Senate to vote in favor of the nomination of John G. Roberts to the Supreme Court. The Time’s front page bio was a glowing review of Roberts and his “pragmatic view of the law.” David Brooks, the Ti...

I sense that Romney is the type of guy who needs to be a politician; its all he knows...and he needs the love and adoration and power. It almost feels like he is begging us for it, which would explain why he changes positions so easily.
Mitt Romney officially announced his candid...

Every time I hear Obama speak, I can't help but laugh. For the sake of my own entertainment, I counted and highlighted the cliches from Obama's speech announcing his run for the Democratic nomination. 126 cliches in total, and according to the C-Span video, it lasted 20 minutes (from 6:30 to 26:30).
6.3 cliches per minute. It's even worse than I thought; hiliarous and scary at the same time.

Yesterday’s NY Times was practically begging the Senate to vote in favor of the nomination of John G. Roberts to the Supreme Court. The Time’s front page bio was a glowing review of Roberts and his “pragmatic view of the law.” David Brooks, the Times favored “conservative” used the word “love” to describe his feelings for Roberts. The headlining reader-submitted editorials were from democrats praising Roberts as “eminently qualified” and warnings to activist groups to “back off.” Three of the...
