I began studying Bellydancing, yoga, Sufi dancing and Massage Therapy for P.E. in my alternative high school as a teen. At the same time I began formally studying the Self-Realization Fellowship lessons and was initiated into Kriya Yoga when I was 16. I have been teaching 3-5 year-olds how to meditate and stories from India for the last 20 years.

I spent several years studying Chinese medicine, Homeopathy, Ayurvedic Medicine and Bodywork therapies from different world traditions and currently practice all of the above to help others find health and balance in their lives.
