- if i agree on meeting you there at a certain time, i will be there at that time
- if you dont show up, i will call you to find out why (i expect the same if i dont show)
- no ego workout, mostly cardio and high rep light weights
- i would also do yoga, spinning, step, whatever class

as of tonight, i officially quit smoking!
i am done with it but i need your help. if you see me trying to beg, borrow, buy or light up a cigarette PLEASE remind me of the promise i am making to myself. i may be a little cranky but i will definitely be grateful. thanks!
ps- on telling a friend that i am quitting today, they said they would too. sweet!

Just wanted to let you all know that if you come by Island Fresh tonight, the fine folks at Get Freaky will give you a $5 discount on admission to 1015 if you show 'em your stamp. So, you can basically either get into Fresh for free (the $5 discount at 1015 countering the $5 you pay at Shine), or actually save $5 at Get Freaky, if you wear something tropical and take advantage of the free entrance to Fresh.
We have some great FREE gourmet island food selections for tonight, the guys at Shine are making some nice tropcial drinks, and Audiovoid, EPROM, Evinrude and myself will be bringing some bangin' (non-tropical, sorry!) beats to ya, however, I may be persuaded to play iko iko... =0). The perfect way to kick off what's sure to be an insane night.
