Ok so, here's the first post after a whirlwind of activity in the last 5 days. First it was great to be greeted at the sydney airport by Vanessa and Alex! They're amazing hosts and I just love their little neighborhood here in Surry Hills Sydney. Funny thing happened to me this morning. I got up, took a shower ironed a shirt and got ready for work. Felt like making a smoothy and so I chopped up a mango, diced an apple and threw in a banana for good measure. Threw the smoothie maker switch to “smoothify” and watched while the medley of fruits joined together in a brew of greenish goodness. Then I looked down at my watch to find it’s 7:25. Shit! I was thinking. . . I spend so much damn time in my cubicle each day under the phosphorescent glow of fluorescent light bulbs confined in a modern day torture chamber for the corporate masses. I think I should maybe spice up my cell. . . err . . . cube as I spend many hours a week in this little box. I think it would also throw my managers for a loop, which I just love to do! Ever wonder what'd be like to be in a comatose state? God fobid an accident of some sort would land any one of us into such a grave static condition, but let's say by some unlucky circumstance you were suddenly incapactitated with no concious control of your body.
