i've been living with my grandparents. in a fast paced world..i am moving fast. compared to them. i come home and there they sit...exactly where i left them. at times i think they should be thankfull for the time to be at peace and away from the pressures of the world. but they are too far gone to even recognize. then sometimes i think of elders and wisdom and how it would be in a tribe...a community..how do old people go. how was it when a functioning force of a tribe had to encounter old age and death? I understand that there was a great deal of respect and honor for the elders. so in some ways my experience has left me in a desire for greater connection to those who have been here for a far greater time than I. its opened my eyes to great change. opened my being to that you should always be open hearted..real and honest...expressive.express what you are and who you are..no matter what you are...live life fulllllllllll cause its true we are only here for a short while. the BEST part about seeing my grandparents grow older...is that they have each other.blessed souls of love....that is magic. the union and bond is strong....and i love to seee that in all humans. we are great beings....let us not cheapen our experience... this is my first real blog.. and i love it. who knows maybe noone will read it.. but i wrote it and its here... for now. love and live reality
