About 8 years ago I had a series of Art shows about Code.

Computers use a machine language called Binary

based on "On" or "Off" ....Zero and One 01010101110010101....

These get organized in Bits of Info that when processed and carry instructions.

DNA is just a Biological code

only it has variables of GATC

So if one was to scan your Genome they would see something like

AATGAGCCTACACAGGAGA.....

Until recently we could only splice and alter existing code.

I saw that if mankind could learn to write DNA code they could become

"Creators" or "Genetic Synthesizers"

People didn't really react when I said this.

I guess they weren't ready.

I think we still aren't.

about me
A snapshot of my life by what music I was listening to.
My first record was Pink Floyd Dark Side of Moon.
I bought it in 1st grade 1977. In Second grade I bought Chic, K-Tel Disco Inferno! I grew up in the "Salad Days" of skate punk and eventually New York Hardcore. During the late 80's I was heavily into the Industrial Underground that eventually spawned the Gothic, and Electronic Dance scenes. In the early 90's in San Francisco I went to many of early Prototypical raves (Freshjive, Citrus, NASA, etc.) After being overseas for a few years in England and Italy I reconnected with the Washington State outdoor "Rave" scene in the mid 90's. In 96 I came back to LA to the House, and by 98 had found the Desert Trance and Techno. Thru 99-2005 I have played or thrown several of my own parties focused around Downtempo, Trip Hop, and House and Tech House.
