It is New Years Eve. You've just paid a ridiculous amount of money to get into the place that you heard was ' THE SPOT ' to be. As you look around, you see that the place is elbow to elbow and the line to get a drink at the bar is ridiculous. After about an hour, you finally get the attention of the short-tempered barkeep who pours you something weak and asks for the remainder of your life savings in return. Looking around, your friends that have been texting you for the past hour wondering where you are... are no where in sight. The music is mediocre, it is too loud to talk, there are a bunch of people around that you don't know and you're wondering why you even got all gussied up to begin with.

It doesn't have to be this way.

Last year, Ninja Skillz and Blue Insomnia teamed up with crews from The San Diego and L.A. Undergrounds to bring you a party that was the antithesis to the norm. You could go out for Amateur Night and take out a loan to do so, or you could come to an event where your family was going to be. An alternate reality where the door charge was cheap, the drinks were strong and inexpensive, and the music went all night long. A place that is momentous because you are there and your friends and family are with you. It is our way of giving back for all of the support that you've given us over the year.

This year, we're doing it again. DJ Wolfie and the Los Angeles Lounge Association are joining Blue Insomnia and Ninja Skillz to provide a place where you can celebrate the passing of 365 days and charge into the next with a renewed sense of joy and community. There are several parking lots on this corner. You can park for free at
the japanese village parking structure. Or, if you prefer, You can pay
4$ and park in the lot across the street. There is ample street parking as
well. IF THOSE ARE FULL, there is a huge lot a short block away on
alameda, between 1st and temple. Its one of those "stuff money in a
yellow box" to pay for your slot. its 24 hr parking, totally safe.
Then just walk to the 1st and central pickup point.

This is a well lit, safe area. There is
parking down near the office depot, which is 1/2 a block away as well.

Jump in a shuttle, ON CENTRAL, WHERE 1ST STREET CROSSES IT. Its a 3

They asked me to play and to pick a tag team partner, and it had occurred to me that it has been a VERY long time since someone ASKED me to pick a partner. It was like square dancing class all over again. With all this great talent in LA, who would I pick?

That's when a koala bear with fairly wings came through my window. It stuck a needle into a piece of carne asada a great number of times. At first, I thought it was just trying to tenderize the meat, but upon further inspection, I noticed that it was actually spelling something out in braille. I had to ask my blind friend to drive over and help me read it, and he confirmed that it actually spelled out "Jesse Wright."

WE WILL ALSO be running shuttles from the parking lot at First and Central in Downtown LA.

ALL SHUTTLES will be identified as R.L.U.S.D ( Red Light Unified School District )

IMPORTANT: the Decomp parking lot will be closed from 12am-7am. If you are coming to our party, either park on the street or move your car to the 1st and Central Parking Lot before then.
