Something Truly IS Happening

At 8:50 AM on Saturday, Oct. 8th, a magnitude 7.7 earthquake shattered the South Asian subcontinent, killing thousands in Pakistan, India and Afghanistan. The devastation is heart-breaking. At least 40 villages have been wiped out or are seriously damaged. And the death toll, already over 30,000, is certain to climb. Also recently, Storm 'Stan' created huge mudslides in Guatemala that burried entire provinces. At least 508 people are confirmed dead but officials warn another 1,400 could have died in two villages alone. Given the amount of RECENT natural disasters and astronomical death tolls they have caused, I'd say it's time we stopped focusing on our individuality and collectively meditate on the well being of our planet. And I don't mean shrooming out on how trippy it is, then hopping back to adding profile pictures. Seriously, sit, meditate and get right with the planet. She's pissed, and we must reassure her that we are worthy. 2012 may come early. We either do this together, or alone...the choice is ours. With mad love.........

Etan Thomas invites Bush to the 'hood'

The following is a transcript of a speach by Etan Thomas, Professional Basketball Player for the Washingon Wizards, given to the hundreds-of-thousands that marched on the White house last Saturday, September 24th. I think it binds together all events currently affecting America, and provides the ultimate root cause for the misfortunes of those in Louissiana, Iraq and the world as a whole. We must not lose sight of our compassion.....for ANY human being. ETAN THOMAS: "Giving all honor, thanks and praises to God for courage and wisdom.... I'd like to thank you for allowing me to share my thoughts, feelings and concerns regarding a tremendous problem that we are currently facing. This problem is universal, transcending race, economic background, religion, and culture, and this problem is none other than the current administration which has set up shop in the White House. In fact, I'd like to take some of these cats on a field trip. I want to get big yellow buses with no air conditioner and no seatbelts and round up Bill O'Reilly, Pat Buchanan, Trent Lott, Sean Hannity, Dick Cheney, Jeb Bush, Bush Jr. and Bush Sr., John Ashcroft, Giuliani, Ed Gillespie, Katherine Harris, that little bow-tied Tucker Carlson and any other right-wing conservative Republicans I can think of, and take them all on a trip to the ‘hood'. Not to do no 30-minute documentary. I mean, I want to drop them off and leave them there, let them become one with the other side of the tracks, get them four mouths to feed and no welfare, have scare tactics run through them like a laxative, criticizing them for needing assistance. I’d show them working families that make too much to receive welfare but not enough to make ends meet. I’d employ them with jobs with little security, let them know how it feels to be an employee at will, able to be fired at the drop of a hat. I’d take away their opportunities, then try their children as adults, sending their 13-year-old babies to life in prison. I’d sell them dreams of hopelessness while spoon-feeding their young with a daily dose of inferior education. I’d tell them no child shall be left behind, then take more money out of their schools, tell them to show and prove themselves on standardized exams testing their knowledge on things that they haven’t been taught, and then I’d call them inferior. I’d soak into their interior notions of endless possibilities. I’d paint pictures of assisted productivity if they only agreed to be all they can be, dress them up with fatigues and boots with promises of pots of gold at the end of rainbows, free education to waste terrain on those who finish their bid. Then I’d close the lid on that barrel of fool’s gold by starting a war, sending their children into the midst of a hostile situation, and while they're worried about their babies being murdered and slain in foreign lands, I’d grace them with the pain of being sick and unable to get medicine. Give them health benefits that barely cover the common cold. John Q. would become their reality as HMOs introduce them to the world of inferior care, filling their lungs with inadequate air, penny pinching at the expense of patients, doctors practicing medicine in an intricate web of rationing and regulations. Patients wander the maze of managed bureaucracy, costs rise and quality quickly deteriorates, but they say that managed care is cheaper. They’ll say that free choice in medicine will defeat the overall productivity, and as co-payments are steadily rising, I'll make their grandparents have to choose between buying their medicine and paying their rent. Then I'd feed them hypocritical lines of being pro-life as the only Christian way to be. Then very contradictingly, I’d fight for the spread of the death penalty, as if 'thou shall not kill' applies to babies but not to criminals. Then I’d introduce them to those sworn to protect and serve, creating a curb in their trust in the law. I’d show them the nightsticks and plungers, the pepper spray and stun guns, the mace and magnums that they’d soon become acquainted with, the shakedowns and illegal search and seizures, the planted evidence, being stopped for no reason. Harassment ain’t even the half of it. Forty-one shots to two raised hands, cell phones and wallets that are confused with illegal contrabands. I’d introduce them to pigs who love making their guns click like wine glasses. Everlasting targets surrounded by bullets, making them a walking bull's eye, a living pi?ata, held at the mercy of police brutality, and then we’ll see if they finally weren’t aware of the truth, if their eyes weren’t finally open like a box of Pandora. I’d show them how the other side of the tracks carries the weight of the world on our shoulders and how society seems to be holding us down with the force of a boulder. The bird of democracy flew the coop back in Florida. See, for some, injustice comes in packs like wolves in sheep's clothing. T.K.O.'d by the right hooks of life, many are left staggering under the weight of the day, leaning against the ropes of hope. When your dreams have fallen on barren ground, it becomes difficult to keep pushing yourself forward like a train, administering pain like a doctor with a needle, their sequels continue more lethal than injections. They keep telling us all is equal. I’d tell them that instead of giving tax breaks to the rich, financing corporate mergers and leading us into unnecessary wars and under-table dealings with Enron and Halliburton, maybe they can work on making society more peaceful. Instead, they take more and more money out of inner city schools, give up on the idea of rehabilitation and build more prisons for poor people. With unemployment continuing to rise like a deficit, it's no wonder why so many think that crime pays. Maybe this trip will make them see the error of their ways. Or maybe next time, we'll just all get out and vote. And as far as their stay in the White House, tell them that numbered are their days. " END: Take care, but most of all...take up effort. A Participatory Reality

Psychics who believe in clearly defined layers may actually be causing the energy field to form itself into layers. The individual whose energy field is being observed may also participate in this process. Some admit that the structure they see in the energy field is thus but one system, and others have come up with other systems. For example, the authors of the Tantras, a collection of Hindu yogic texts written during the fourth through sixth centuries A.D., perceived only three layers in the energy field. There is evidence that the structures clairvoyants inadvertently create in the energy field can be remarkably long lived. For centuries the ancient Hindus believed that each chakra also had a Sanskrit letter written in its center. Japanese researcher Hiroshi Motoyama, a clinical psychologist who has successfully developed a technique for measuring the electrical presence of the chakras, says that he first became interested in the chakras because his mother, a simple woman with natural clairvoyant gifts, could see them clearly. However, for years she was puzzled because she could see what looked like an inverted sailboat in her heart chakra. It wasn't until Motoyama began his own investigations that he discovered what his mother was seeing was the Sanskrit letter YAM, the letter the ancient Hindus perceived in the heart chakra. Some psychics say that they also se Sanskrit letters in the chakras . Others do not. The only explanation appears to be that psychics who see the letters are actually tuning into holographic structures long ago imposed on the energy field by the beliefs of the ancient Hindus. At first glance this notion may seem strange, but it does have a precedent. One of the basic tenets of quantum physics is that we are not discovering reality, but participating in its creation. It may be that as we probe deeper into the levels of reality beyond the atom, the participatory nature of reality becomes even more pronounced. Sacred Geometry, Music and Crop Formations

To date some 10,000 crop circles have been catalogued worldwide, and their anomalous features continue to be irreplecatable: plants bent an inch above soil and gently laid down in geometrically-precise patterns with no physical signs of damage, light burn marks at the base of stems, altered cellular structure and soil chemistry, discrepancies in background radiation, alteration of the local electromagnetic field, depletion of the local watershed, and dowsable, long-lasting energy patterns, not to mention measured effects on the human biological field. So much, then, for two guys and a piece of wood. But thanks to a virtual embargo on research coverage throughout the media, a popular myth has developed that all crop circles have been nothing more than a prank with a plank. Modern science now shows that these geometric rhythms lie at the centre of atomic structures. When Andrew Gladzewski carried out research into atomic patterns, plants, crystals and harmonics in music he concluded that atoms are harmonic resonators, proving that physical reality is actually governed by geometric arrays based on sound frequencies. Even that primeval Hindu sound, the OM, from which is derived our modern term 'hum', when sung into a tonoscope produces the very geometric shapes attributed with 'sacredness'. Perhaps the most important of these shapes is the hexagon, upon which the Egyptian matrix named the Flower of Life is based. This series of outwardly-rotating divisions of the circle accommodate the branches of the building blocks of life, the amino acids. This Flower of Life has subsequently manifested as a crop circle. As the expression of number in space, geometry is inextricably linked to music since the laws of the former govern the mathematical intervals that make up the notes in the western music scale- the diatonic ratios- hence why the ancient Egyptians referred to geometry as frozen music. In the February 1992 edition of Science News, Prof. Gerald Hawkins used the principles of Euclidean geometry to prove that four theorems can be derived from the relationships of elements in crop circles. More significantly, he discovered a fifth theorem from which he could derive the other four. Despite an open challenge, over half a million subscribers have been unable to create such a theorem, which Euclid himself only hinted at twenty-three centuries earlier in his thirteen treatises on mathematics. So it came as a slight surprise when its equilateral version materialized as 160,000 sq. ft. of flattened barley at Litchfield, Hampshire, in 1995. Since Hawkins' Euclidean theorems also produce diatonic ratios, a link exists between crop circles and musical notes, themselves the by-product of the harmonic laws of sound frequency. Soon, crop circles bearing unmistakable associations with sound then began to appear. One contained a curious ratchet feature from which is constructed a musical diagram also dating to the Egyptians, the Lambdoma. Also known as the Pythagorean Table, it defines the exact relationships between musical harmonics and mathematical ratios. The musical scale, constructed on the harmonics of sacred geometry, and now found within the framework of crop circles, represents the mathematical structure of the soul of the world because it embodies the essence of the Universe. So it's no coincidence that a large percentage of crop circles can be identified with- and by- ancient cultures, who to this day honour their histories through song and music, their healing rituals performed with sound or rhythm. This relationship is further extended in Buddhist mandalas, whose elaborate geometries are used to alter states of consciousness. Perhaps it is not by coincidence that crop circle designs mirror these intricate patterns, just as they bear an uncanny familiarity to Jenny's materializations of sound. If sound vibrations are both encoded into and generated by crop circles, is it not possible that they, too, can arouse the individual at a spiritual level? After all, it's through music that whole human experiences are celebrated and carried from generation to generation. It is very probable that it is for this reason that the very shape of the human ear- more specifically the cochlea- is a spiral constructed according to the harmonic laws of tone, just as the same spiral forms the primary basis from which thousands of crop circles have sprung. Music is a carrier for social change. The effects of Handel's music is believed to have reversed the state of morality in Victorian England, just as the anarchic overtones of Punk corralled disillusioned youth into fighting an establishment that held no tolerance for those who stepped outside the system. The effects in people's states of awareness through contact with crop circles is similarly documented. In 1990 a pictogram at Alton Barnes sported the trident of Shiva the Transformer. Ironically, it was through exposure to this crop circle that millions around the world were transformed, just as images of crop circles today continue to enlighten the awareness of those who come into contact with them. If sound is one of the formative principles behind crop circles, it is not surprising that they are leaving psychological impressions on those whose antenna is extended and receptive to their tune. Interdimensional Imprints

We live in what can be described as a three dimensional universe. i.e. we can move in three separate directions; left and right, up and down, forward and backward. Some people include time as an additional 'fourth' dimension. Imagine what would happen if you pushed a pencil through our two dimensional world. What would the flatlanders see? They would see a cross section. ie. a small dot (the point of the pencil), slowly growing wider as the main part of the pencil passes through. Then the line would disappear altogether as the last bit of the pencil passed through. If you examine each diagram carefully, you will see what happens when a three dimensional object (ie. a pencil) travels through a piece of paper, when you only have a one, two and three dimensional viewpoint. How does this theory apply to crop circles? Could it be that the designs we see in our crop fields are a mere 'image' of some higher dimensional entity that happens to be passing through our three dimensional world and leaving behind a sort of cross-section? What if all crop circles are made by the same 'hyper-dimensional' shape, merely rotated around some higher dimensional origin. By analysing the geometry of many circles, there is strong evidence to support this idea. Could it not be that crop circle designs are imprints of the same shape, albeit rotated through a higher dimension? By his own research and observation, Richard Hoagland of the 'Mars Mission' group is also working on similar theories and has proved that the elaborate Barbury Castle formation of 1991 is in fact a hyper-dimensional tetrahedron when viewed within the limitations of our three dimensional senses. This has the implication that any dimension has total and unlimited freedom of movement in all lower dimensions. If crop circles are the imprint of a hyper-dimensional craft passing through our universe, then is there an attempt at communication? It could be a slow and deliberate attempt to show higher dimensional form. Unfortunately, a lot of the concepts aired here, assume a certain knowledge of mathematics that the ordinary 'layman' does not necessarily possess. By leaving hyper-dimensional messages in the crop fields, are the circle-makers only sharing their knowledge with a selected few, dedicated circle watchers or are they allowing a few mathematically minded people to have snippets of information in order to explain it to others in 'human' terms? Scholars today are recognizing that Mayan mythology is intimately related to the celestial movements of stars, the Milky Way and certain constellations. The sources of Mayan mythology are found in the sky, and the timetable of Creation Day is pinpointed by the end date of the Mayan Great Cycle. Research into the nature of this date reveals that a rare celestial alignment culminates on it. Generally speaking, what occurs is an alignment between the galactic and solar planes. Specifically, the winter solstice sun will conjunct the Milky Way, which is the edge of our spinning galaxy as viewed from earth. Furthermore, the place where the sun meets the Milky Way is where the "dark-rift" in the Milky Way is - a black ridge along the Milky Way caused by interstellar dust clouds. The slow process by which the winter solstice sun comes to conjoin the dark-rift in the Milky Way is a function of a phenomenon known as the precession of the equinoxes. This involves the slow wobbling of the earth's axis, which causes the stellar frame to slowly shift. To observers on earth, it causes the position of the winter solstice sun to slowly move in relation to celestial background features such as the Milky Way. A full cycle is completed in roughly 26,000 years. Approximately 2100 years ago, when both the Long Count calendar and the Popol Vuh were devised by the early Maya, the dark-rift in the Milky Way could be observed some 30 degrees above the dawning winter solstice sun. When these early skywatchers discovered precession, they realized that every winter solstice the cosmic birth canal was moving closer and closer to the dawning sun. The winter solstice sun was called the First Sun, the First Lord or First Father, because it is the first day of the year, the beginning of the sun's annual rebirth into increasing daylight. They calibrated the process, and fixed their Creation Mythology to the future alignment as described. Monuments from the early Mayan site of Izapa clearly portray, by way of mythological iconography, the anticipated astronomical alignment of the Long Count end date. Based upon these simple facts, ancient skywatchers in Mesoamerica were apparently aware of a subtle celestial process, the precession of the equinoxes. Knowledge of that process, and the fact that a major alignment in that process culminates at the end of their Great Cycle, strongly suggest a cosmological understanding which modern scholars have yet to explore. Understanding this aspect of Mayan astronomy may help us understand our own impending millennial milestone. What is going on in the world today? Is an alignment of the planets and stars having some kind of influence? The cycle of the equinoxes is primarily an earth rhythm. Whether we call it Mayan or millennial, we are living today in the shadows of a rare celestial juncture. The Mayan myth seems to remind us that all life springs from the Great Mother. The transformation of cosmic recreation is already occurring. Perhaps we should look closely at this celestial alignment, imagine its meanings, and determine what this transformational shift means for future humanity. The Shift: A Bigger Picture

So what is the bigger picture? To begin, there are two specific movements which our planet makes. We must understand both of these in order for any of this to make sense. First, we and our entire solar system revolve through space in a manner that indicates we are attached to another celestial body. We are as connected to the star Sirius as we are to the moon or the sun. The ancient Egyptians recognized this and aligned the temples along the Nile to the heliacal rising of Sirius—on July :3 of every year, in the east, one minute before the sun. The Great Pyramid is likewise aligned to this spot. The eyeballs of the Sphinx are looking right at it. The other motion is the precession of the equinoxes (Fig. 5-1). The Earth's spin axis, in addition to being tilted 23.5 degrees, wobbles. This change in position causes the equinoctial points to regress one degree every seventy-two years; it changes the viewpoint of one zodiacal constellation every 2160 years, making one complete revolution every 25,920 years. Seen from the North Pole, the axis traces an ellipse. At "perigee" on this ellipse we are closest to the center of the galaxy; at "apogee," we are farthest away and moving in a counter-clockwise direction. Our consciousness is directly related to this aeonic movement. As we move toward the center of the galaxy we wake up; as we move away from the center we fall asleep. From a tiny wobble we literally shift dimensional levels, stepping not only into brand new worlds but also into a completely different way of interpreting the one reality. Simultaneously, great physical changes occur, no less than the poles shifting, i.e., the planet turns over in space. It is not at the two points closest and farthest from the center of the galaxy where this shift happens, but rather at two points nine hundred years removed from each of them. As we approach these zones of change, we reach environmental maximums on all kinds of levels, even as we are now. Why? Because we are 180 degrees opposite the time when the poles and our consciousness last shifted.
