You have already taught me so much... our connection in the desert has stuck with me and your words of wisdom changed my life. I know, you probably hear that from everyone :P but honestly, it is very few and far between that can really can see into the core of "Phoenix". hehehe. But she is here! And you were part of her intitiation! How cool is that? I look forward to many more connections with you. You are a teacher, a star-filled light being sent to inspire, and I am grateful to have met you....

If you know Rafael in real life, take a moment to really look into his eyes. The last time I did I found myself swimming in a beautiful sea of warmth and generosity. My connection with Rafael developed during one of the most painful periods of my life. He has been there for me, a calm solid presence, compassionate and loving, offering me wisdom at all the right moments. I can not wait to explore with this wonderful soul more in the future. Rafael, the gifts you have dropped into my life will not be forgotten. Thank you.

I just purchased my plane ticket to fly back to LA on Aug 6th.
My plans are to stay in SoCal area for about a week, before heading to Miami, and CT to visit with friends and family.
I then plan on returning to LA to head out for this years Burn.

I'll be back in CA for the summer and I need transportation.
I''m looking for a small car or medium motorcycle to borrow/rent/lease/buy for the summer.
something simple reliable good milage that I can use for 1 - 3 months and then return in equal condition plus a few extra miles.
most especially for july - august in SF area
and yes, i can just go to a rental comany but i'd raher keep my resources in the family ;)

This morning I met up with some new friends here in Chiang Mai
we formed a band for one day.
the 12 of us composed 8 originals songs in about 5 hrs.
i wrote the lyrics for 1 1/2 songs
then the same night we performed at a restaurant bar/resort
called the River Ping resort, a beautiful place by the river
I sang my songs and played the bongos like i had been doing it my whole life
it was the very first time for me to:
write a song (and 1/2)
sing on stage into a mic.
