ok, so last night me nd my friend kibo went out and lit up our fire toys for the first time EVER! YYAAAAAYY!!!! lol, it was SO MUCH fun, and way kool. having the fire just makes it a diff. experience, and the noise is awesome, as is the flame and light..........cant wait 2 do it again. nyways, posted some of the pics we took. check it out.........*sigh* i am no longer a fire virgin......

I am the boy who never finished high school, because I got called a fag everyday I am the girl kicked out of her home because I confided in my mother that I am a lesbian. I am the prostitute working the streets because nobody will hire a transsexual woman. I am the sister who holds her gay brother tight through the painful, tear-filled nights. We are the parents who buried our daughter long before her time. I am the man who died alone in the hospital because they would not let my partner of twenty-seven years into the room. I am the foster child who wakes up with nightmares of being taken away from the two fathers who are the only loving family I have ever had. I wish they could adopt me. I am not one of the lucky ones. I killed myself just weeks before graduating high school. It was simply too much to bear. We are the couple who had the realtor hang up on us when she found out we wanted to rent a one-bedroom for two men. I am the person who never knows which bathroom I should use if I want to avoid getting the management called on me. I am the mother who is not allowed to even visit the children I bore, nursed, and raised. The court says I am an unfit mother because I now live with another woman. I am the domestic-violence survivor who found the support system grow suddenly cold and distant when they found out my abusive partner is also a woman. well, thought id start off my blog (which ill probably never post to again lol. im lazy) with something fun, true, and most of all, close to home! i added the last two. enjoy! lol, this is all TRUE!!!!!! add to it if u can and send it along to other MoCo natives! You know your in Montgomery County, Maryland (MoCo) if: 1. Speed limits are just suggestions 2. You take a major highway to school (95, 495,28, etc) 3. You constantly complain about there being nothing to do, even though you are right next to DC 4. When people ask where you're from, you tell them DC because it's easier to explain 5. You refer to your state by its name... no need to alter it 6. You have over 500 students in your graduating class 7. The cars in the student parking lot are worth 3x those in the teacher parking lot. 8. You are amazed when you go out of town and the people at McDonalds speak English 9. There are at least 3 malls within 20 minutes of your house 10. There are at least 6 Starbucks within 20 minutes of your house 11. When traveling, you rather drive. METRO WHAT? 12. An inch of snow and you miss 3 days of school 13. A rich white kid driving a BMW while blasting rap music is a common occurrence 14. You call things "ghetto" even though in most of the rest of the country it'd be high class 15. You've taken a wrong turn somewhere late at night and ended up in a bad part of DC 16. Re: 16 - you can walk anywhere, it's all really close by, but who walks anywhere? can we say RIDE ON 21. there are at least 5 McDonald's, 3 711's, 7 gas stations, and 5 different banks within five miles of where you live. 22. nobody wants to admit they take the metro, but 90% of the population does every day, even if they own more than one car. 23. 80 mph bumper to bumper traffic, combined with highway construction, composed of angry mom SUV's and rich guys on cell phones, is the beltway way of life. the only people who can figure out the beltway are those who live in MoCo. even then it's iffy. 24.
