I almost dropped from my chair last week when I heard a most disturbing message in the news, it said that "hugging" in schools should be/is going to be prohibited!. And Today I received an email, this is what it said:

"Cazz Altomare's mother said she was trying to 'understand what's wrong with a hug'. This is a wasted pursuit because there is nothing wrong with a hug. Much better to ponder on what is wrong with the school authorities and better still if they found a mirror and joined in.

I doubt this will ever include Tammy Brown, interim principal at Nicolas Junior High School in Fullerton, California. She's got her no-hug rules and Newspeak impressively well rehearsed. 'The rule is, you keep your hands and your feet to yourself. The guideline is, no inappropriate displays of affection', says she of the steel-hardened buttocks and appropriate underwear. She says that 'staff and faculty'are told to 'redirect and refocus' students caught in an embrace. Somehow you know those words were invented for her.

I must remember next time I hug someone to 'redirect and refocus'. Can you imagine these people actually having sex? How do they do it? By numbers? 'Stand by your bed, 1, 2, 3, knickers down, 4, 5, 6, process complete, 7, 8, 9. Maybe sometimes they even get to ten."

It's true....this is now happening in the United States,and that's sad enough,but it's only a matter of time for the rest of the world to adopt these silly rules. I believe we can still stop this, it's not too late, but for that to happen we must release ourselves and stop swallowing this cruel behaviour which only leads to more encagement.

I see our society slowly but steady turning into a police-state. We've probably all heard about the coming of the" verichip", and that's only one example of the way our society is slowly changing for the worse.
One of the questions you can ask yourself is: "is this the future we want for ourselfs, our loved ones, our children?". Since you are my friends I pretty much know what your visions are on these matters; Many or all of you are involved in creating a better world, you make decisions with awareness and understanding and I am grateful to call you my friends; And although a lot of people are awakening there are still too many people
running after our sick governments and other figures of authority with nothing but control of the masses in mind. I like most of you passionately believe in a free and (real) democratic world; I'm not calling for anarchy, it simply wouldn't work.....;

What I do believe in is that together we can make a strong statement by continuing to spread love, understanding, respect for one another and brother/sisterhood. Let's set an example!, let's start today.......; How? well that's pretty simple!

- SMILE, the power of a smile is amazing, don't we all feel better when people smile at
us? or when we smile at others?.
- HUG your friends, family as often as possible, it will makes us all feel better!.
- RESOLVE CONFLICTS with love, respect and understanding.
- DO NOT FIGHT NEGATIVITY WITH NEGATIVITY, it has never worked nor will it ever
work.......". An eye for an eye" is not the way.
- DANCE, SING, CELEBRATE LIFE!, specially when you feel down, you'll feel better
and when you feel better people around you will feel better!.
- BE GRATEFUL, for all you have, all you had and all you will have! let there be no
limit to your gratefulness and don't forget to share it!.
- BE GOOD TO YOURSELF, and so others will be good to you.
- RESPECT YOURSELF, if you don't respect yourself, nobody will, it's that simple!.
- BE POSITIVE, and spread it!
- LET YOUR VOICE BE HEARD, and opose mindnarrowing and freedom stealing
politics.
- DO ALL THIS AS OFTEN AS YOU CAN AND YOUR LIFE WILL CHANGE FOR THE
BETTER, AND WITH YOURS THE LIVES OF OTHERS.

This might sound simple and it pretty much is!, simple but oh so powerful. Ever heard of the 100th monkey?, well that's how it works......one monkey starts to wash it's food with water and very soon the rest of it's tribe will too!.

Let's put this into practise and spread waves of love and freedom, don't think it won't work because there's simply to much negativity around. We can and we will make a difference!, we will be "heard'' and stop this "no hugging policy nonsense" and other narrow minded policies. We are the people, we are the ones who can make a difference, not tomorrow but today.

Spread your wings and fly! (towards freedom offcourse, not the cage!).
