His new album Spirit Circuits is an intelligent, raw and funky blend of minimal breakbeat elements first performed at Alex Grey’s CoSM gallery in Manhattan. It strikes the perfect balance; some of the compositions are quite calm while others are so chock full of stutters, blips and malfunctions that your brain goes into system overload. The sound is truly hard to compare to anything else, but the reaction on the dance floor is living proof that it definitely works. Life is good. Last summer I made the transition from selling my soul to someone else 40 hours a week to completely working for myself doing graphic design, djing, bodywork, music production, sound reinforcement, consulting and occasionally I might still paint a house for the right person. . . . and guess what? I like where I am at right now. (Thanx to BB and Lorin for inspiring me to take this next step in my being.) This huge and transformational transition has been so amazing and empowering. It has allowed me to really express my creativity in ways I could just barely squeeze in before. Stay tuned because there is much to come from Miraja! I have been involved with Family Productions for ten years strong. So much has happened in that time. I have grown in so many ways. I thank each of you who have helped to make the Familymoons community be a very real and beautiful thing that continues to evolve after so many years. In some ways I feel like we are just getting started. Next weekend (July 12-15th) we are throwing our largest outdoor production ever. I hope you will join us for 3 magical days in the northern NM wilderness. Its right on the border of Colorado and New Mexico, just about an hour and a half east of Raton. With over 30 artists on the lineup you know this is going to be amazing. We are even going to host some daytime workshops for those of you inspired to learn and be creative. But the best part is that it is only $25 for a weekend pass. Please help spread the word to your friends and family.

That's right, today marks the day when I leave my twenties forever. It is actually kind of hard to grasp at the moment, but I am ready for what the future holds.
