greetings from Maui! Landed on wednesday and having a blast, oh so beautiful it is here...Staying in Haiku and paia for the next three days then prolly renting a house/condo somewheres for four or five days...heading to the big island by next friday for a week or so, then prolly back to Maui...so nice to be remided just how beautiful it all is...so nice to relax, finally...Thank you all for the support you have given me in the past couple months. oh so helpful! love love love-rams

Well...I guess this of how this kinda thing goes...he had to go back to the hospital this evening with a high temperature and a headache...I did not really think he should have come home when he did, but the doctor said it was all good...SO, he is back there for a while...Thanks again for all the love and support...keep the prayers coming for him and my mom...love you all!

For those of you who know and also those who don't...I came back to Atlanta to take care of my mom while my dad is the hospital...He was diagnosed a month ago with acute meyloid leukemia....
Out of the blue, one day everything is fine, the next, you got cancer...funny how it can happen like that....
Anyway, He was able to come home today! The preliminary results are that there are no more cancerous cells in his bloodstream so that could mean full remission!
