Registration is officially open for Mira Betz's June 14 workshop! Space is limited... ... and the early registration discount is only available till May 15! A handful of us in Portland are more than willing to offer our futons, couches & floors to anyone who wants to crash overnight--just let me know! So, my back has really been bothering me for the last few weeks, following a series of things that just weren't good for it. Sitting for any period of time has been painful and I've been particularly conscious of posture. Haven't been able to get a massage appointment, unfortunately, and too busy & poor to see the chiropractor before my schedule appointment next week. Teaching classes has been OK, but I'm of course able to be selective about movement during those sessions.

Okely dokely... Call me crazy, but I'm in the process of redesigning my website--to look **exactly** like it does now, but to achieve that end through css rather than tables in html. Heh heh. It's part of my theme for the year: "I'm doing it by myself, dammit!"
