about me
I am an artist and I run workshops on healing through creativity. My passion is love and meeting like minded souls and having beautiful connections.I live on the Gold Coast at the moment and do travel running my workshops. I love walking and yoga and being by the beach. I enjoy laughter, sharing meals, picnics and writing, drumming, music, mother earth, friendships, growing and expanding my beautiful thoughts and heart realizations.
Through my workshops I get the blessed chance to share my passion and assist many souls by being real and vulnerable. That we are all amazing beings and have such a capacity for love and gentleness. Creativity is the tool that assists me to get closer to who I really am. In the quietness of my mind I hear my intuition gently guiding me, no struggle no pain just the flow of the now.
Peace

Some one once asked me to define transparency. The best way for me to describe transparency is "No Masks", coming from the source of love not fear, being open and vulnerable, being at a place where you no longer are concerned about what others may think of you.
For most of my life I have lived in a bubble of fear. With parents who had no concept of unconditional love. Expressing emotions was foreign to them my anxieties and fears became my mask, something that I was never fully aware of.

Go on, pick up a pen, hold it in your hand and ask "What can you do for me?" What do you hear? If you listen with your heart you may hear "I can show you a world within that only you and I can explore! Let's start writing and see what we can find."

As you travel deeper within you will start to find a world of emotion and thoughts that you never imagined you had, whether you are delving into those dark corners of pain or dancing into the lightness of your being. Once you have expressed thro... read more

Feelings are a beautiful part of who we are yet we spend so much time doing what we can to avoid them. As a child I was brought up to be quiet keep your mouth shut, crying is for babies, anger is just not happening and don’t scream as children should be seen and not heard. Now did that have any affect on me? Yes of course it did. And for a very long time I lived my life in a non-feeling box.

Have you ever avoided tears, made excuses for crying in movies or maybe when you have felt anger y... read more

Ever been in a situation where fears rule your life, where you know there is something better, or at least a better way to be?

The creativity process started for me over 2 years ago. An interview at a Tafe college 'an introduction into fine arts'. I remember sitting there, feeling as though I was back at school listening to the teacher. I never liked school, I was a very insecure, sensitive child on many levels.

I could feel the fear coming up, feeling trapped, tests, failure, what if ?... read more
