I have experience cleaning and am a really good cook and gardener. I'm kind and honest. I've worked with older folks and once, with a terminal cancer patient. I'm really missing my motorcycle...Even a car would be a great thing right now. I really want to drive up to my favorite spot on the river out past Index and sunbathe and swim and come home tired and relaxed and full of sunbeams to carry me through. God I'm bummed.

I'm just now getting ready to have the surgery to repair the damage to my leg. For the moment I'm totally screwed, no house, no job, no motorcycle, and my dog is living with my dad. AWFUL! The worst of it is that I have lost touch with all my friends and I'm languishing in a crappy apartment watching too much tv and reading a book a day average. Anybody out there??? I was robbed of my last $200.00 while here and I have been out of smokes for the last four days, feebly offering up my change for smokes in the smoking area when I can get down there, how pathetic! Greetings from the 4th floor of University Hospital! Today is my first day out of bed since I walked into the E.R. on Saturday afternoon, and I'm really happy to be here. Happy to be alive that is. Happy too that my right leg is still my own, against the odds. Initaially they were saying 85% chance of losing the leg. The odds were later adjusted to 35%.
