this is what i'm up to now. pop art meets yoga. greeting cards, prints, shirts and bags.

at Orchard Supply Hardware i went to retrieve a friend's i-phone. the manager says to me, "could you get off the counter please" and "we can't give you the phone as you are not the owner." look in my eyes and you will see that i am telling the truth. he looks away and says i cannot tell if you are telling the truth.

instead of eating at my computer or in front of reading material i eat quietly, usually outside in the garden. i love best eating veggies or fruit where they are grown.

i climbed onto my roof today and picked plums. i felt so alive up in the tree completely surrounded by little red organic ovals ,connecting with this tree, feeling it is happy to have me relieve it of its fruit.

i spoke to a hare krishna person that said hare krishna's call food mercy. something's gotta die so i can live.

at yoga it feels so right to focus on just yoga. so hey, why am i not doing the same for eating????...just focus on eating. be present with my food.....not think about work or anything. it feels respectful and perhaps i'll assimilate my food better. of course as i'm eating i'm thinking i wanna write a blog about this!
