Hindsight is always 20/20, isn't it? Looking back, if you had the chance to buy shares of Microsoft when they were first made available, would you? What about Yahoo, or Google, or YouTube? Of course you would! But did you? And if not, why not?

You know, I love a good challenge. And while I think we have the best risk-adjusted return for any investment anywhere right now, I'm not so arrogant as to believe that I'm up to speed on the gazillion different investments out there right now and if we are, in fact, the very best.
So, I'm doing a little research to find out if there is anything out there that could objectively be considered to be better, e.g. a higher guaranteed return with less risk.

A lawyer purchased a box of very rare and expensive cigars, then insured them against, among other things, fire.
