I didn't even read the book, but if these many people are upset....."I gotta go!!!

If Dan Brown is so wrong, then what's the official reason for Christianity and Catholicism's subjugation of women?
The Bible and the stories surrounding Jesus are politics, written by men with their own agenda, and translated, altered and reinterpreted by others with their agendas throughout the ages. Perhaps Jesus did exist, but it's more plausible to believe he had a wife and kids than he was born to a virgin impregnated by God. |

What's the Difference???
The Da Vinci Code relies on:
myths, fantasy and expecting people to believe the unbelievable. Whereas Religions rely on: myths, fantasy and expecting people to believe the unbelievable. What's the difference? |

Me! I'm going!!
I read the book a month ago in two days!! And I am not a reader! I am aware that it is fiction.......but it sure did bring up a ton of questions in my head. I am sooooo excited to see the movie. I think the casting is Brilliant (Audrey is my favorite actress!!) and I believe Ron Howard is going to do a GREAT job! I wonder why the catholics are so mad.....IF it is only fiction....... |

well, we'll exchange notes. the only big problem i have with this is the fact that the 'sacred seed', of course went to Europe... right????- i won't say any more since i'll offend.
