Ro is not only a remarkable woman, she is a brilliant poet! She writes from her heart with intensity and passion. You can't always find these traits in a writer, it's what separates the good from the BEST. I think we should all encourage her to combine her poetry into a book. I can usually spot talent before it gets recognized publicly, and she's definitely got it!
That being said, I've intuitively seen the intricate sides which make up this wonderful person..... her desire to help others, the compassion, the energy, the spunk, willing to fight for what she believes in (the TRUE warrior spirit), her good common sense, how she agonizes over being fair, how she pushes herself to do the best she can, the creativity and courage to speak up. There is no obstacle she can't overcome. These are the true signs of a leader, not a follower.
