I had the chance to work/play with rob "who's your daddy" at the pirate fest, we giggled and cracked each other up...and then after more time to talk and better get to know what a truely wonderful person he is, but then I always knew that.

Rob makes me smile...every time I see him. You are so much fun, and joy, and good vibes. You are talent unparalleled. You are a giver of gifts....you helped complete my marriage to my best friend. It was my hopes when I saw you perform the ceremony for a mutual friends wedding, that someday if I married, you would do the honors for us. My wish was granted.

I've been lucky enough to see Robert perform for 20 years (more?) - his Earl of Leicester was delightful - a dandy warrior, witty and willful. His Charles Dickens breathes life into the brittle author... scholarly and heady, but curious and without guile. Robert brings his whole self to the stage, and that self is truly great. It's an honor to count him among my friends.
