Wed, October 26, 2005 - 12:25 PMThe depression is actually not as bad as you might think. The reason is that I know the cure for it is simply to start eating again. So I think the worst part of depression must be the nagging question, "When will this end?" or "Will this ever end?"
Speaking of the end, I have been think about extending this cleanse from 10 days to 14. I think I will make the decision when the time comes.

Hey you are so outrageous, 10 days just lemon juice and clay!! Wow man keep going. I did once a diet like this but i was drinking only water for five days!!!
My experience?? First day was very easy i was constantly hungry but i drank lots of water so it would keep my stomach full. Second day i felt very weak and tired, but continued drinking water, third day when i walked my nees were trembling a little. Fourth and fifth day i stayed in bed. The result was great i lost 5 kilos (15 pounds??). My skin becoame so clean and rejuvinated, my hear looked better too. Even my eyes became more alife!! The purpose of this died wasnt just loosing weight but as well cleaning and purifying organism. It is also good thing to take laxative ( something that makes you poo??), because of not eating anything you dont go to the toilet, but at the same time your organism throuws lots of toxins into your intense which make you feel sick. Also because your metabolism works slowlier, you might feel colder than usual so have an extra blanket when you go to sleep. On the fourth day you might notice that you sweat more, and perspiration is of different yacky smell, it is also all the toxins that are leaving your body. Good luck!! |
