Roger has come out of no where and gotten my loan situation sorted. Definitely someone you should go to when you have financing needs. Big on educating the investor on what options are open.

I even have 100% NonOwner Occ (not 2nd house...true investor properties)- 100% Stated to 600 score, 100% Fulldoc lower than that, FHA's - the whole works.
