I sing. I'm working on recording some CDs via my home recording studio, GingerNut Studios. I do S.C.A. I used to bellydance. I write. I read a LOT. I'm a total Ashes to Ashes/ Gene Hunt fanatic. I have a thing for British television. I'm an Anglophile. I spend A LOT my time with my Brit friends at Luigi's. I'm considering diving into the California Gold Rush historical reenactment group.

Quick note, since it's been so long. Not dancing, but still missing it like crazy. I've a friend who would be a blast to dance with, if she didn't live 90 min South of me. Sigh. I super hardcore cut back on the medieval/renaissance recreation this year and haven't gone to that many things. Just got burnt out. However, I'm actually looking forward to doing some events again; October has an event every weekend and it should be fun. I am finally moving forward with my decades-long love of steamp...

Whatever. I have lofty aspirations, but not the physicality or drive to back it up. Sigh. Suppose getting off my sizeable rump and doing something about it IS an option.... I'm just a scaredy-Cat... **(and Bo, it's because of you. You rock.)

Tomorrow: massage final for the CMT class. Next week: two-day Pre Natal and Infant Massage workshop. Student clinic hours for the next couple weeks. Deep Tissue class starts Jan 5. Go me! 
I got a table. Given to me. For FREE. I happened to see some friends this weekend at an SCA event and the hubby used to be a bodyworker -- which I didn't know -- and they drove home, got their table, and gave it to me. GAVE. Dood. Sometimes the Universe just opens up and there it is. It had been given to them by *another* friend of ours, so they are paying it forward. So we had an AWESOME teacher for our Ethics class today, I fell in love with her immediately. What amazing energy! She's a pre-natal massage/ doula/ midwife in training kinda grrl with a BA in Psychology, used to focus on energy work and has something like 12 years in the business and she was just SO freaking cool. You can tell she is totally open spiritually, honors and embraces all life, just an amazing person. She is everything -- at first glance, understanding I don't actually *know* her ...
