Ronald Kessler -- a New York Times Bestselling author is releasing Laura Bush: An Intimate Portrait of the First Lady on April 4. There ought to be a lot of juicy Mother TwinDaughter info in this book. Page Six details: 'after trying for more than three years to have children after she married George W. Bush, Laura took clomiphene citrate , which induces ovulation and helps increase egg production and often leads to multiple births.
'When that didn't work after a few months, Laura was given a shot of gonadotropin to adjust her hormones to help her conceive. 'Laura's close friend Nancy Weiss told Kessler, "...the twins were miracle girls. She obviously was not able to carry children without the hormone adjustment."' more on mirror.co.uk TheFirstTwins is pro-choice when it comes to fertility drugs: they are ok as long as people are not being forced to eat them! originally published at TheFirstTwins - Blog
