Have a little extra fun for us!
Ugggg... day 3 of quit smoking medication (Chantix), four days 'till quit day. Yes, I know it is some pharma weirdness but I do not particularly care. I have picked apart its chemistry and read the clinical trials; now I'm just praying and summoning up my willpower.

My dojo wants love. New members that is! I know it's off in Newton and that is a bit of a trek for some folks. However, this is - bar none - the best martial arts instruction I have ever had (East Coast or West) so if you're interested, particularly in Aikido (as opposed to something that will teach you to kick someone's ass) this is the place to go.
