May practice goal

I feel a need to commit to some new practice goals, because my work schedule has completely taken over my life for the past few months, and things that are important to me have fallen by the wayside. It happens often and I'm working to prevent it from happening again in the future. In the meantime, though, while I'm getting my work ducklings in a row, my practice goals for the lovely month of May are to put in a bare minimum of one hour of practice each day. I feel this is necessary to keep my headspace positive, and allow me to work stress out of my system. I'll try to keep my blog updated regarding progress and setbacks, as well. I feel that will help keep me accountable to my goal.

Thanks, Joanna! Somehow, knowing someone is watching makes humans adhere to their own commitments in a more structured manner. It's great to have friends like you! :)
