FYI:
If anyone quits a job and gives more than 72 hours notice your employer is required by law to provide your final paycheck on your LAST DAY. They can not hold it for *any* reason )even if they had you sign something saying you owe them a uniform, etc etc)
For every day your check is held they will have to pay you your calculated daily rate. Period. None of that "you'll get paid when the pay period rolls around". You file a claim with the labor dept and keep good notes.
Those people who bought Gauthier Total Image Spa and changed it to the shit heap that it is now, has to feel the financial burn of their arrogance after making shit SUCK for the 18 of us who quit after they bought the business.
Pretty good birthday gift for me! Think Washington Mutual will waive the overdraft fees for my birthday?
