1.Tankard, Goblet, or Plastic Cup? Actually I am always carrying my stainless steel thermal Starbucks Coffee sleeve. Just wouldn't be cool walking around with a Starbucks cup. 2. Did you dress your 1st time at Faire? No, I started going when I was a kid and was not aware of bellydancing then.... read more

Wichita, KS has always been a mythological place for me. Never been. May go someday. I think the closest I came to Wichita was Clarksville, IN so yeah... Unsure how I met Heather through Tribe, so she- like Wichita- is somewhat mythological (all the more enhanced by her tribal bellydance allure) but it’s likely she was stalking me and I said, “Why don’t we just be friends?” And she was kosher with that. And then we communicated irregularly for years. We started only really chatting daily a few months ago after finding a common interest in Office Space and Black Snake Moan (which are prerequisite commonalities for any friendship, be it strictly online or in person). And now I don’t feel right if we don’t exchange at least a few emails each day throughout the workweek. She helps preserve what little sanity I have left from being a Cubicle Troll, gives me multiples of 2 cents concerning my ongoing adventures with women, provides hope that not all people of the opposite sex are insane, is mostly a saint but with a pointy tail and cloven hoofs I’m sure and has excellent taste concerning the blogs she reads regularly. She’s also funny. Quite. I decided not to paragraph this out because I want to remind her of her roots. And Heather, that tag back package is on its way...ummm...one of these days, ppffffftttthhh!!!

I had the pleausre of finally meeting Salome in Vegas almost 2 weeks ago, we both are into Trade Shows and events, we were study buddies for the CTSM program - waiting to see if we passed our exam. I also feel like I have known her forever and hope to stay in touch with her, what a nice person and so full of energy and wisdom. I wish her luck in all she does.
