The stuff of dreams and fables and mythic love stories... Last week's voyage to the sacred temple city of Kamakura yielded embodied resonance of may lifetimes as a Rinzai Zen monk - the quite nobility of a lineage that continued the graceful life-ways of the Samurai long after their warrior-priest culture had been subsumed by Dynasty. So beautiful! Walking the grounds of Kencho-ji Temple awoke in me the stillness of dependent co-arising and oneness through the mindfulness path. I was floored by the temple containing the statue of the Buddha upon his enlightenment. Emaciated, a bony presence, he emanates light. A snow leopard looks up at his feel. Above him is a great white dragon, carrying the pearl of unknowable wisdom in her great claws. Sitting in the temple contemplation garden, I felt no impulse to move - a great calm and peace flowing thought me. On the way out, an unusual Quan Yin beckoned, here pure heart of compassion held also in a globe in her stone hands. Truly divine! Later, at the Bamboo temple - the pure voice of natural harmony. Wordless harmonies in the lovingly manicured garden. The vertical peace of bamboo. The green-gold light of late afternoon sun through a wind touseled canopy. And, at the last moment, the extraordinary visitation of this White Fairie. I turned and saw her. Such a being of light in the green folds of bamboo eternity.

Deepening the Dance - Elemental Ecstacies

I am in so much gratitude for this dance of light! I have been working with my own light body and with groups through dance for 20 years. Lately, I have been holding group Grid Activation gatherings using Meditation, Subtle Movement, Ecstatic, Somatic and Shamaic Dance and Light in Japan - with incredible results. So many people are waking to their multidimensional selves through TRUE, FULLY CELLULAR EXPERIENCE OF IT! It is only through full integration of our physical and emotional bodies that we can fully bring this transcendent beauty into immanent "re-all-ity." For any of you interested in deepening you dancing integration of the light, here is a template: Dancing Freedom through the Elementals. These core energies lense the five fundamental textures and geometric layers of the created universe through which we EMBODY. Working with and through them allows us a full spectrum return to wholeness, and thus to embodied Oneness. (I call this PeaceBody.) In my own work, the layers of the hologram of embodied Oneness necessarily includes EVERYTHING. This work integrates a timeless Mystery School understanding of the Elementals (primarily through Vedic Teachings), with the contemporary wisdom of Somatics, particularly of Body Mind Centering, Authentic Movement and Feldenkrais. Begin with Earth, always returning to HOME base. Then, work with other elements as suits your process. EARTH is your foundation, your bones, your I AM HERE-NESS on ALL planes as lensed through the gift of a 3D body. It is your willingness to co-create with the descending aspect of love, otherwise known as GRAVITY. Earth also calls you to truly explore your willingness to BE ONE WITH THE MOTHER. Can you actually lay and play on the ground - a developmental return to your infant self and our mother-womb-original connection to both your physical mother and the Great Mother? It is held both within the breath and within the mental functions. The organs associated with air are the lungs, the skin and the neural tissues. Within the dance, we work with air to fully open the willingness to be as big as we are -within and without - to BREATHE the breath of Spirit and to BE this lightness, expansiveness and wonder. We use AIR to open the subtle sense of touch - feeling the breath touch every part of our INNER-SPHERE (inner body), and every part of our SKIN-E-SPHERE (the layer of our physical bodies that touches the outer world, creating a membrane between us and everything else). Air also re-connects us with WONDER and NOW - the N-atural O-rder of W-onder. It is the element of the Divine Child, reconnecting the Inner child, held in earth, with the levity of eternal innocence. AIR holds our I AM LIGHTNESS, LOVE AND WISDOM, I AM THE TOUCH OF THE DIVINE, I AM THE DIVINE CHILD OF THE LIGHT THAT I AM, I AM LOVE. ETHER - Ah! Ether! SPACE. GRACE. ETERNAL UNION WITH ALL THAT IS. In the dance, Ether is all the space with, the space without, the quantum reconnection and union with all that is. Ether is held in every aspect of the physical body. It is our I AM presence embodied, in the purity of our union in all dimensions. We arrive at sensing of Ether through detailed, loving awareness of the complete organism, our breath, our movements, our tissues, the space within and through all of our cells, atoms and particles. We also can arrive here through ecstatic release. The organs of Ether are the glands and the cerebro-spinal fluids. I AM FREEDOM. I AM UNION. I AM GRACE. I AM THAT I AM. ONE. ALL. MOVEMENT. STILLNESS. PRESENCE. FULLNESS. EMPTINESS. DIVINE LOVE, LIGHT AND ENERGY. DIVINE LOVE WISDOM AND POWER. HOME. STARFIRE PRIESTESS AWAKENING

Tokyo - A sacred circle gathers. Again. We are gathering again. The kin of the sun, the sacred sisterhood of the Starfire. Remembering who we are as the priestesses of Anu. Remembering what it is to BE the chalice - the song in the blood. That, we are. I am that. Sangreal. This weekend brought so many blessings. "Leading" a workshop has never been a greater following, or a more transparent act of joy! EAch of the women in the circle brought her unique gifts and challenges so fully. We became fully naked and illuminated in the sacred fires of our own hearts. We danced to remember, to purify, to uplift and to BE. Our sacraments: laughter, sweat, tears... chocolate, frankincense, fruit, wine, pink roses. Touch. Dissolving the separations and the traumas of centuries of numbness and subjugation with the simple presence of deep, present touch free of agenda. I want to hold these circles with and for women everywhere, re-awakening the codes of our sacred connection to the blood, the body, the love and the light of the mother, the Illumination of the One, and the codes of the Sun. Re-awakening the balance of the divine feminine and the divine masculine with and for the female humans of this planet - and for the peace of ALL beings! As I am called, I know that I will. Deepest gratitude to Lady Nada and the Kumaras for being with us in our last journey. Traveling out on waves of love and sound to the planet Venus, we were greeted by her in a ruby-gold-rose temple and held int he greatest love-light of her divine presence and wisdom. The Long Journey

This soul keeps moving. I'm calling her home. Right here in my body. Claiming all the beauty and giving it back to the great flow of all that is. What a long time since I have written. Since my last post, I have been from Tokyo to Shasta, to San Jose, on the Big Island, Maui, and now Tokyo agian.... Around the world in 80 days. Bliss Blessings: - New Years with Kerrie Dancing Butterfly, David Wolfe and Crew as part of the facilitation team for the Kalani retreat. - Dolphin Soul Soar Swimming at K-Bay. - Our first Soul Dance retreat with a gorgeous crew of Japanese participants. - Endless rainbows in rainy Maui, and the soul blessings of Kindred Elijah, Thalyn, Varuna, Sarah and so many more! - Baby whale breaching party in the straights of Maui. Swimming with moma and baby. Legions of Dolphins on the hunt. True peace and beauty! - Return to Tokyo and the bite of winter. Dancing Freedom ecstatic reunion with the pure feeling that flows through my Japanese kin. Now what? Open. Creating one step at a time. Relaxing into this being that is me. Releasing unnecessary patterns of doing so that I can BE. Yes. Allow and Be. Dance Free. Remembering there is a rainbow in every raincloud, the sacredness of my choice, the quiet brightness of my awe.

A w a k e n i n g t h e L i g h t B o d y -co-written by Tiara Kumara and Myself All of creation is a living matrix of light and geometries. We, as human reflections of the light, are now participating in a radical shift in our own frequencies and geometries of light. We call the resulting blueprint, in its higher octave of consciousness, Dimensional Shift. It is this shift that we have been so long working for that is now co-creating the existence of the New Earth. As we dance towards this new dimensional reality, our human form is undergoing profound transformation. Our very cellular, DNA matrix is shifting to integrate these higher harmonies and frequencies of light and love. It is through this new multidimensional human blueprint that we transmit the Shift to others and to the Earth herself. Thus, we serve as Ambassadors of Light and exemplars of the New Earth paradigm. Referred to as the Light Body, our new blueprint is a spiritual biochemistry with expanded genetic and DNA structure. It is like a new hardware that enables higher frequencies operating software (social structures) and programming (individual experience and action) to express on the New Earth. It is holographically contiguous with our existing bodies, yet carries frequencies of light and love that have been latent for millennium. This crystalline or silica-based body of light is our vehicle of ascension that transports us into the higher dimensional system of New Earth energy. Also referred to as the Merkaba, the Light Body it is a brilliant gridwork of light and sacred geometry that electromagnetically links our human and multidimensional self with the infinite Universe and cosmic hologram of Love. As the body of light is continually activated, our cellular structure and entire physiology undergo mutation, cell metabolism is accelerated and latent DNA coding lights up. Shedding bodily density, we experience mutational symptoms, bodily changes, release of old emotional and mental structures and major energetic shifts. We remember who we are as children of the light, whose essential purpose is to love. Our emotional, mental and social bodies find new patterns of experience and expression that allow for greater freedom, union and grace in our own lives and in our communities. We release ancient memories of separation and open to the Oneness that we are, allowing for deeper intimacy with all of our relations and more powerful connection with the Earth and with Source. These last days have brought endless reminders to me of the primacy of the inner child in the birthing of the Light. Each and every one of us has chosen evolution through the earth realms, and it is the layers of our experience that ultimately birth the majesty of our full spectrum awakening. I am a Divine Child. I choose to know this, be this, embody this, invite this, celebrate. In the face of pain as well as the immanence of Joy. So it is.

ENTER THE DANCE We are two. More than one. A community in the minor sense. A communion. We are explorers. Researchers. The body, our territory. Cellular laboratory. Each element a technology. Minutia of intelligences constantly communicating. Layer upon layer of complexity in dialogue. Complexity wed to simplicity. Absolutely nothing extra. Perfect complexity. A bowl of water. Two sacks of water. Body in relation. He to me. Me to he. Us to gravity, to light, to wood. Us to emotion, in motion. All elements: Earth, Air, Water, Fire. Ether. Mystery and uncreated whisper before the next step, next breath. Ether: the dance of the imagination. Ether, the fractal rose of now unfolding through the heart. We call on our capacity to relate, to be in the place between heaven and earth so particularly reserved for the human being, a cross upon our hearts. We are bound to express. We caress that expression. We choose to move from the center of being: Crystallized waves yield up the appearance of a dance, of bodies in time, of bodies in space, of bodies/human, of bodies/divine. Giving up choice, we are suddenly whole. Human/nature is a practice. A collection of practices. An art of showing up, witnessing and translating. Relaxing the knowing. Living feeling. Being stillness and action - BRAIDED. To dance human/nature is to walk and roll and pause upon this earth as lover, magician and friend. To dance human/nature is to amplify the flavors of relation for the benefit of ourselves and others. Call it performance. Call it practice. Call it what you will, it is our call, our stars, our embodiment we have been given to expand. We are born to be embodied. We are born in bodies because the body, in its moment to moment existence in time and space, is a prayer dance of the infinite loving its-self in finite, fractal form. Loving fully. Loving in solidity. Loving in BODY. We are born to experience THIS! If not, then why have we been given such marvelous tools? Hands, feet, arms, legs…spine? And, the sense organs to perceive the myriad wonder? We are sweet, gawky, wondrous creatures: humans and beings, in nature and form. We are human/nature. That is all. So much: a continuing dance.

Falling Home - again

We offer ourselves into a space no more and no less Than human and being. Our stories show us the shape of home, Offer up the RASA of hope beyond despair. And we gather the courage, the willingness to stand up again and again, dance and sing again and again, love and fall silent again and again in the face of fear, unbearable joy and the slow to dissolve seed of indifference. Naked

How many coverings will God accept before saying no to more coverings? Before saying yes to the pure brilliance of the one who covers? Before full embrace of the I AM that is god, that is me, choosing? All intelligence is perfect intelligence. When, in nakedness, will I accept this truth and fully forgive myself all of my experiences? When will I accept this truth to learn the perfect lessons of all that I am - in pain, pleasure and in pure emotion? I am naked, yet still there is resistance to the grace that I am. Let me choose. Let me choose love. Let me choose embrace. Let me choose the full, raucous spectrum of my own creation and expression. Let me choose to learn what I have called forth to learn and to LIVE in this life, and step now completely into the light. And so it is.

Courage

It is Monday night in Tokyo: hot, sultry weather and a room full of bodies in full motion. Thirty dancers reveal the soul dancing as I hold space, weaving light in the room. The whole place vibrates, and I feel the earth sending waves of gratitude to us through the floor. It is a remarkable and brave thing to dance your soul. Naked, vulnerable and free, I see dancers opening body, heart and spirit in the motion. Sweaty and blissful, I see people in divine radiance. I see courage. I see the whole person. I see the dance of life, death and birth. I see timelessness. It’s exquisite! As I witness, I begin to contemplate this remarkable courage, expression and beauty. I think about who these dancers are as people, as spirits, as wisdom keepers. I shiver. What is a person? A person is a collection of perceptions, feelings and actions. A person is a skin bag full of bones, blood and heart. A person is a miracle - with arms, legs, spine and a mouth to speak. A person is a spiritual event happening one moment at a time. A person is a body that includes the physical, emotional, mental, higher self, soul and spirit, all weaving together in one unfolding conversation of Self. A person is a dance. What is a dance? A dance is an act of essence. It is a set of motions dissolving in space and time, never to be repeated again, known only through the experience of the dancer or the awareness of the witness. A dance is a deeply courageous act. What is courage? Courage is what I witness every day when these remarkable beings called humans come to do this incredible action called dancing. Courage is naked self. It requires a willingness to perceive, feel and act. It requires presence. It takes guts. When I see people connecting deeply to what their senses perceive, their bodies and emotions feel, and their dances express, I see raw humanity. I see incredible, wild, truth. I see diversity, and I see unity. I see divinity. Courage is what I see when a person deeply perceives him or herself in the movement, allows that perception to be totally felt, and finds the willingness to express that into the dance. It is risky. There are no guarantees. The gamble is our own freedom. Courage means being your self totally, without apology, shame or doubt. It means being vulnerable. It is a tool for being wide awake - totally alive and free. Without the courage to be vulnerable, we can never know true power. True power comes from embrace of life, not control over it. The dance asks us to loose control and thus experience being totally. It asks us for real embrace. You can’t dance if you are busy editing your own feelings and actions. You have to be unconditional. This is how we learn self-love. Here in Tokyo, we are dancing. People are coming together – body and soul - to Dance Freedom and sweat prayers. Everything is breaking open: hearts wide open, pores wide open, voices wide open, expression wide open! I am in AWE of what I see. Awe. There is no other word for it. It get kundalini waves just thinking about it. The freedom to experience and express the self is such a radical thing here in Japan. Just the concepts of self-awareness and self-leadership are radical. In this Japanese culture, there has been so little space to feel, so little room for individuation. Space is tight. You get by. You do what you are told. You fit in and work hard and live in responsibility to your family and ancestors. You live in the context of a larger culture, an older order and continuity over which you have no control. Yet, there is an incredible momentum towards self development and a growing drive towards sovereignty. There is also a call to release the old pictures of cultural identity to enter new possibilities of beauty. People are claiming their power and recognizing that they are creators. There is a spark of passion – soul fire! - coming alive everywhere, like the day glow colors on the billboards of this endless city. These people are so courageous! This new Soul Fire is idiosyncratic, self-affirming and radiantly alive. It arrives as a wordless drive, or a will to know, and it opens the gates of the heart. People are shedding the skins of culture and asking WHO AM I? WHAT DO I WANT? WHAT AM I HERE TO CREATE? HOW CAN I LOVE – MORE? HOW CAN I BE FREE? WHAT IS MY PURPOSE? HOW CAN I LET GO OF EGO? Each place I go, I meet people struggling with the Great Questions. It is time to dance. In the dance we arrive at sensation, feeling and action: the simplest building blocks of our humanity. We remember that the answers are not external, like new clothes or new jobs, but are held in the heart and in the ways in which we experience our lives. We find the courage to be ourselves, and THIS is the only real answer. Let life be an endless question. It is much more interesting that way. This is where the Dance of Freedom begins.

(Realize, also, that English is not her primary language!) Junko: "I feel every time I'm in your dancing workshop, I say good by to part of my old self and new self is born. It's wonder-ful to discover new!" ********************************* When I listen to myself inside in silence There comes a moment I feel a subtle movement within I put my awareness over the movement and wait then the energy starts flowing suddenly sometimes, slowly other times. Reiki Prayers - Grace

I am alwayd Re-member- ing! After all these years with Reiki, it is returning again to teach me. I have been a master for nine months now. Pregnant. Now it feels like I am giving birth. The prayer of Reiki, the lovelightenergy, and the gentle yet ever present reminder to live as divinity and always call forth unconditional love and ever higher, more humane, octaves of action and non-action, are alive in me all the time, now. I feel held in this gentle light, as surely as I am held by Mother Mary and Jeshua. I am so very grateful for all of it! The Reiki Prayer. (It is so.) Star Dreams

OSAKA. KYOTO. MT. KURAMA. Honoring, gratitude. This day yielded grace, play, silence, reverence, connection, friendship, creek baths, laughter... Today we took a group on pilgrimage to Mt. Kurama, birthplace of Reiki. An amazing and gorgeous place. So much devic energy! Springs, ferns, Japanese redwoods, tiny lizards with electric blue tails (aka. the famed Japanese five lined skink), tiny jumping frogs. We climbed an infinite number of stairs through thick forest from one ancient shrine to the next, purifying our hands and our hearts at each site in another spring. Beauty. So healing. Nature and nurture are nearly the same word for so many reasons! In these mountains and valleys, humans, nature and the gods are all in good company with each other. People live elegantly, traditionally. There are "floating restaurants" on the sacred river where you can eat sitting on decks suspended above the river. The flowing water cools the air, and you can hang your feet over the edge after desert for a refresher. In the various shrines, we meet Buddha, Quan Yin, and many sacred figures of Japanese origin. It is here that Usui received the symbols. It is here that Sanato Kurama received incarnation as a human. I am humbled. It is my priviledge to lead the group in a walking meditation - a release and forgiveness ceremony - and in a planetary and self healing meditation in the sacred grove at the top. A dance prayer spontaneously emergesvoutside the main shrine at the top - I am light weaving wholeness - love feathers wafting, thanking all, purifying time, re-griding dimensions... Osaka. Kyoto. Mt. Kurama. Star Dreams - we are creating joy together.

Self Love

I am in Osaka. I have time to myself in a small, weekly apartment in the center of everything - trains, planes, automobiles, concrete. My window faces out onto another building and a sallow sky. On the upside, my room is white, clean, blessedly air-conditioned and has enough space for yoga practice and small meditations of floor rolling. It's like and urban yogi cave, Japanese style. And, I have a high speed internet connection and books. I have built altars to my various god, guides and loves on the TV, the table and the in the entry space… I am working on self-love. I am trying - allowing (!?!) - meditation, realizing that I have separated myself from a better part of myself in these last months. I am sorry that my meditation has been so utterly chaotic and mentally clogged lately. I feel just how much anxiety I have been fielding. Here in this ceaseless foreign city, I am finding small adventures in consciousness and next steps in learning. The Flower of Life Book is showing me the answers I have been wandering through as questions and empty spaces in understanding… I'm going to sit down and start planning the PeaceBody site…. WRITING! Waking in my small room this morning, I felt the transformation that a QTG (a self-invoked Quantum Transformation Grid, held by the Pleiadians, the Syrians and the Andromedans) offered my body during the night. I am committing to self healing. This back injury is really asking me to look at core issues of support, surrender and struggle. Slowly, it is healing. I spent the morning exploring - mostly walking the long, hot streets. Sometime around 11, a subtle shift happened, and my spine clicked back into place. Now, all the muscles are still in pain, but the frozen spazm has yielded to clearly moving and fluid energy. I can move from right to left again without needing to tense every other muscle in my body to support my back. Gratitude! In my typical fashion, I am seeking out everything green. I discovered this morning that on the other side of the train station are long boulevards with trees on the walks and down the center. The temperature is noticeably cooler. There are small black butterflies with blue streaks fluttering around the green spots. The cicadas chant incessantly, until 10:30 when abruptly, they stop. Like everything else in this country, they are like clockwork. The humidity and heat is at once oppressive and liberating. The joints become free in this climate. Being still is easy - reptilian, mamilian survival behavior. Since one is already sweating when doing nothing, sweating by doing SOMEthing also has a certain juicy pleasure to it. Self love. I am here to share the PeaceBody. Seems at the center of that is my own call to embody peace. One breath at a time. Breathing. Walking. Writing. Gratitude.

Osaka Dance

The more I live as the intention of unconditional love, the more I am called to embrace the conditions of my existence, my desire, my emotion. Energy in motion - this great small oceanic heart beats the rhyme beyod time that is the harmonization of the One. Come. Un-done. The small story yields to become the vast, sweet field of the greatest story ever told. Not "my" lfe, but life itself as it lives through me. And lo! I am god/goddess/all that is - at home - in the simple, supple moment of this one body, 30 trillion cells, happily vibrating in the sun.

SEEDS in Tokyo

I/we are here in Tokyo, and flowing in the deepest surrender to trust and release all that has been before in the emergence of NOW. This trip has not been an easy one for me, but I have had the most extraordinary opportunity to truly choose to love myself and to share my joy and light not for what I receive in return or to feel like I am DOING something meaningful or useful or grounded, but because it is my truth, my passion and my love to do so. LIFE WANTS LIFE. PASSION WANTS EXPRESSION. LOVE SIMPLY IS, AND IT IS A CHOICE EVERY MOMENT. Now things are beginning to roll. I am held and reflected in so much healing, so much love. The dance is oozing out of the space between things, and I know it as the essence of life force, regardless of experience. I am sharing empowerment and tools for bringing spirit into form. I see the reflection of choice in the steps we are all taking together. I've been seeding for August/September and November, and I feel the grace of what is coming. I am emerging from this journey fresh, naked, deep in self love, recognition and the light of wisdom that flows from true unconditionality. No condition for happiness, connection, embodiment or enlightenment is true. Oneness is without borders and beyond the realms of comparison or even discrimination. This cellular state of wholeness is completely sacred and absolutely simple. It is a choice made with the prayer of thank you and absolute trust of the moment, as it is, in every aspect. That's it. The whole banana.

We offer ourselves into a space no more and no less than human and being. Our stories show us the shape of home, Offer up the RASA of hope beyond despair. And we gather the courage, the willingness to stand up again and again, dance and sing again and again, love and fall silent again and again in the face of fear, unbearable joy and the slow to dissolve seed of indifference. The body never lies. It is absolutely incapable of being un-true to itself. We are the one's who over-ride it. If we want to drop into what is true, it is the body-based layer of experience that will always show us the way. What is REAL? Reality is nothing more than Experience, or God, unfolding itself through the mirror of differentiiated experience. We get caught in ideas of duality. Duality is nothing more than a discriptive tool that is required in order for the experiencer (GOD, or any individuated aspect of god, ie, YOU, me, the mosquito that I hear in my left ear, etc.) to become, experiance, express and KNOW itself. Why suffer the dis-connect. To KNOW is the be comfortable in the BOTH/AND of discrimination and experience simultaneously. The concept of duality is nothing more than a necessary tool in becoming skillful in the act of being here, on Earth, where the realm of being is also unfolding on the three dimiensional plane in an experiential field which appears as linear time. Time can not be know separate from the expereince of it as a linear thing. When we really come to know the linear, we begin to know the infinite. Knowing happens through experience. Experience happens through the body. The body always exists in present time in relation to itself, It is through the body that we process every layer of our experience. It is through the body that we act. "Subtle" is a concept that we have separated from the idea of "gross matter." In other words, we have separated our ideas about subtle experiencing and sublte truth from atter, form and body, as though they could actually be separate.

I am a light being who knows a lot about living here on planet earth. I've been here for many, many lifetimes. I am commited to being peace in the present moment in every one of my seven trillion cells. The best ways I feel to be here on the Earth Plane being this are to DANCE, to PRAY, to LOVE and, at this time, to help EARTH the movement of the New Dream in real, practical, SUSTAINABLE SOLUTIONS. The light beings of this time are called to EARTH THE LIGHT, to love Gaia uncinditionally by meeting her shadow with our hearts. In more practical terms, when we talk about mindfulness and sustainability, we are talking about a state of being called PEACE, AND we are talking about somthing more: we are talling about causality, about action and effect. We are talking about the collective connectivity and continuity of our behaviors and our choices. We are talking about both SPIRITUAL and MATERIAL cause and effect. Siince we live in a non-dual universe, the two come as a matched pair. In the material level, we are talking about changing our behaviours and the very structures and architectures of the familiar. We are taling about gettinng really, really creative and humble and dirty. This is something I no longer want to TALK about. I WANT TO DO ABOUT IT! The two essential, non-separable, levels for the Doing: HUMAN-NESS and in BEING-NESS. These are my three BIG activations: THE PEACE BODY PROJECT-the being-ness. DHARMA DANCE/DANCING FREEDOM-bridge practices on the path of embodied awakening. SUSTAINABLE EXCHANGE-the human-ness I AM TOTALL JAZZED ABOUT THESE THINGS! The Peace Body Project invites people and groups everywhere to commit DAILY to creating peace by BEING peace through embodied meditations of fourty minutes or more. This is in alliance with Gabriel Cousen’s Peace Everyday Innitiative. HOPING TO LAUNCH THE WEBSITE SOON! DHARMA DANCE is exactly that: a collection of movement based practices that invite us to DANCE and BE our Dharma. (READ: knowing right action, being right action, being service.) Somatic, ecstatic and Shamanic Movement Portals to Embodied Oneness. SUSTAINABLE EXCHANGE - Networking- Leadership-Partnership. This, for now is a conceptual space. I imagine it actualizing quite organically over the next year. It aims to offer community based resources for sustainable solutions in living the new Earth. I am particularly interested in LAND solutions. It is sweat, love and time that ground us on this earth, in gardens, in relationships, in homes, in sustainable living solutions GROWING in TIME. There are numerous aspects to this. One that is currently wanting attention is to create an intelligent step forward the renter-land lord paradigm and into a new model where participation, time, responsibility and shared stuardship can become a portal to shared “ownership.” If we work together to create intelligent trades, shares and actions, we can start to live beyond the current economic paradigm of “ownership” of land even as we still live within it.
