Sam is an urban planner. Things get done when Sam is around. You want to get up in the morning and move heavy items cause Sam wrote a spreadsheet that said to do so. He has patience that few people have. He's the coolest guy I know. No, like super cool. Like, you think you're cool, but then it hits you, like "naw, wait now SAM is COOL" He's an open person. Life's gotten much better since he moved west. He takes things over.
