The digital era killed the dj.
I posted this on another site and wanted to share it here. So I apologize if you have to read this more than once.


In a time before the digital era new music was spread via the dj. It was dropped on mixtapes and during sets at various events. Oh my, take two
It is funny how when some outside force may see you doing something you need to change it intervenes in it's own way. For example I had a nice two page blog written. I clicked on the submit button and my internet timed out. I tried to get the information back but the bytes and bits are now lost in the timeless expanse of some cable running the length of ground between my system and the main hub in this area. Orlando and beyond
Damn, it was one hell of a weekend.

I departed last Friday for the airport and got to the terminal about 10 minutes before my departure to my first connection in Las Vegas. The flight was so quick and simple no bells or whistles. I got off the plane and literally had to run to the next plane. They had just begun boarding as I arrived. I got onto the plane and prepared for the longer part of my flight to Orlando. about me
I am recently separated and beginning to open my mind to the world around me. I have begun reading and devouring the knowledge I began to take in nearly 10 years ago. It is a long process but well worth it. I been djing 13 years and have been fortunate enough to go many places and meet many people. I continue to dj and work on producing music that resonates with my soul. I enjoy disc golf and play in occasional tournaments and such but mostly play for the enjoyment of being outdoors. Like most people on Tribe I have attended Burning Man. I absolutely love the desert and will eventually make it my home. I have a son that continues to inspire me daily.
