I found a house, now I just have to move!!!

I just found out that I need to move by March 15th....which is a bit of a bummer but hopefully will all work out for the better. I would like a nice big house in a quiet spot close to town (Mt. Shasta). Must allow cats and have a washer dryer. I would like something with a good layout so that the bedrooms have some privacy. I am also open to a larger house to share. Please let me know if you have any leads. Thanks and blessings to the family!
