The class is called Dance Movement and Conditioning - pretty self-explanitory. We will go over jazz and ballet basics (turns and footwork) and work our little buns off with lots of stretching and toning work. If you plan to take this class, it is imperative that you attend the first class as I will be breaking down the terminology and technique.
