last night I bought a new plant. I brought her and several others from around the appartment into my bedroom and put them in the vacinity of my sleeping space. After many wrestless nights, this was the most peaceful sleep I've had in ages!!!

Today I remembered how to remember. I had a one hour break from work, and decided to spend it walking through central park. It was drizzley and cold, but I went anyway. I felt instantly transformed. It was incredible. I talked to a few trees. Listened to the lessons af a rock. I had forgotten how alive that park is and how easily I converse with it.
