Jeff was almost killed when a large heavy bowling pin fell from a shelf above the piano and narrowly missed cracking his head open. WHOSE HORRENDOUSLY DUMB IDEA WAS THIS?!??! AND WHY IS EVERYONE JUST ROLLING OVER AND TAKING IT UP THE ASS?!?!?!?!? 
So I was told about this hour-long free self defense course, so I signed up for it. Turns out it was on the other side of Reno from me. Which is okay -- it was a sunny and beautiful day and I was up for a drive.

When I got there, it was positively SWARMING with women -- I'd say over 200 were there. Plus 3 news crews! WTF?!??? When they made the announcement that usually 20 people show up, and they'd be dividing us up into 2 groups, I realized this wasn't the cozy self-defense course... read more
