For those of you who haven't heard, I am teaching a new class session at Kira's Oasis in Centerville, OH (near the Dayton Mall.) . I am bringing on board two new instructors; Shaun and Jurusik, who will be in charge of the poi portion of this class. The hooping class will be taught by myself, but I have developed a whole new teaching methodology for this session which focuses on flow and meditative hooping.
