All things change…

If you knew me before I left for Miami to learn about Matrix Energetics, I’d suggest that you now put a question mark after everything you used to know about me. Some of it is still true. I still identify as open, authentic, compassionate, creative, and lots of other things that have always resonated deeply with who I really am. Other things, like my once strong affinity for al things left-brain, my tendency to be overly thinky, my attachment to logic, planning, and detailed strategies - all these and more have shifted dramatically and some have reversed entirely.

Where once I was sooo serious about sooo many things, I’ve now become much more silly and playful and am still headed off even further in that direction. The raw, undiluted, uninterpreted joy of being has become much more important to me than any sense of logical understanding of what happening. I’ve found I like being surprised and amazed much more than being proven correct.

Matrix Energetics was only the latest of a long string of catalysts that precipitated all these shifts. Watching the Secret about a year ago started the current round of acceleration, followed by reading and listening to a lot of the material from Abraham-Hicks. Learning EFT and Quantum Touch played a part. But the Matrix Energetics seminars in Miami really sent things into orbit. Once I got home I read Busting Loose from the Money Game and left this solar system entirely.

I’m enjoying my life more than ever before, stressing out less than ever before, and waking up more and more every day to my own unlimited divine creative power.

Two New Web Sites

So it's seems pretty conclusive at this point that my blog posts are going to be very intermittent. My life is so full of change and experience that ti rarely occurs to me to stop and write about it. When it does, it’s usually something to bug for a blog. In fact, I’ve had some inspiration to write recently and so far it’s lead to two entire web sites.

The first is called Taylor Brown’s Chronicles of Creation and is all about my experience of learning to create the life that I want. It has all sorts of free information relating to Abraham-Hicks material, Law of Attraction, and other related topics. You’ll find reviews, NLP based audio and video to help you apply LoA in your everyday life, and much more. You’ll find this site at www.chroniclesofcreation.com

The second web site is a co-creation with my partner Rebecca and it’s called Cultivate Infectious Joy. This site is the core of a project with exactly that intention, to cultivate infectious joy. On this site you’ll find a super simple approach to upgrading your experience and beginning to live the life you’ve always wanted. Here also, the teaching content is free. This site does have a business element, in that we are selling t-shirts and bumper stickers that say “Cultivate Infectious Joy”. You’ll find this site at www.infectiousjoy.com

Coming Soon - Syntropic College 1st Workshop

I'm planning the first workshop (or 1st one open to the public) for Syntropic College (the NLP school I'm founding) and the target dates are Nov 4-5.

The working title is "Anything You Want" and it will be a bring-your-own-goal workshop. You choose anything you want to make happen for yourself to work on, and it can really be anything - a health or fitness goal, a business goal, a relationship goal, a personal growth breakthrough, you name it!

We’ll start off with tools to help define and refine everyone’s goals, then move on to identify and address obstacles, and ultimately plot a course for success in getting what you want.

I’ll be posting more details as things develop. See you there!

Chucks 'o Fire

At orFunner I had a revelation. For the first time in years I thought of a hobby I had in my early teen years - swinging chucks. I never dreamed I'd be doing it again because combat is totally not my thing...but then I realized that chucks could be set on fire...and unlike poi, I already had enough skill to jump right in with real fire (assuming this was like riding a bicycle).

I improvised some lighted practice chucks on the spot, and the memory was still in the muscle. Instant FUN! WhenI got home I bought some padded chucks for indoor practice, made my first fire chucks, and made a better pair of lighted chucks.

The very next Monday night practice at Marsha's, I was there and (with 2 spotters and wet sleeves for safety) lit 'em up and had a blast.

See my pics for more of my first time lighting up.

As Computery as I am, I've never had a blog before, so I'm giving it a shot. Not sure what kind of stuff I'll put here. or how often I'll post, but I'm giving it a shot.

Not much to tell about today except after months of learning and buying equipement, I got the transfer of NLPU tape from VHS to DVD really rolling today. I need to send a stack out to Santa Cruz in about a week so the arriving students will have something to watch.
