Since the very first time I met Seisen, I felt an overwhelming peaceful easy feeling.
When I look for guidance in the wisdom of life, I look to Seisen. When I need to be grounded in my thoughts, I think of Seisen. Whenever the possibility occurs, I love to be near this beautiful soul, for she radiates the most positive energy I’ve ever known. I constantly re-learn the value of peaceful existence when I’m in her presence. She gives me strength in my pursuit to be a better person, and I cherish knowing she is part of my life. I write this with massive love & admiration for you, sweetLR~

For me what struck me the most about Seisen was the clarity in her eyes when we first met. I thought to myself geeesh this lady must have meditated every day for the last 1,000 years. She was so much at peace and balance. Then I got to know her and came to enjoy her quirky sense of humor, her beautiful smile, a wonderful hearty laugh that warmed me, and friendship given in the sincerity of two souls having found each other again.
She is the sage, the avatar, and the activist ... all tied up into one neat and beautiful package. If you haven't sent her an email ... stop right now from whatever else you were doing and send her an email of positive vibes, you will be warmed and loved.

Seisen...is all that is compassion, unconditional love and all that encompasses.
She is one that knows what it is I've always needed. She is there when I need her even if it's been a while, we always pick up where we left off and than some.
If you haven't met her yet...seek her out, go to the Zen Center...she is there for all of us.
I just love this woman.

Seisen is the absolute reminder of freedom within positive thought. She has the ability to be present to the way things are, to remind us of the simplicity and clarity of Being.She is pure and honest; a powerful teacher and an important friend.
... and she saves little kittens.

I spent the most amazing few days in Anza Borrega next to an ancient Kumayaay village. Here is the blog seisen-seisen.blogspot.com/2008....html If you want isolation, desert beauty, lots of Indian spirits (didn't see Levi though) this is the place. Also I noticed that the post before this one was the solstice hike which was also to a Kumayaay sacred spot.
