many times as I listen to music thoughts-sometimes distracting ones, do percolate to the surface, however since I am a bona fide music addict, I can actually just have it remain in the background. when I'm at my desk at work I cannot stand the sound of either silence or the din of my co workers, I have to have internet (uninterrupted) music streaming throughout my day. it might take my mind away for a couple of minutes, but I always dive back into my work mindset. in any case I have to have music around me almost always, silence seems to creep me out. for this I make absolutely no apologies. it does not make me weak.

same here...
I can't live without music. It's a vital thing for me. I could stop reading, watching TV, or even going to the ciname, but never can stop to listen music.
