What an amazing girl... although my interactions with Kati are limited, I have experienced nothing but the kindest vibes from this dready goddess. I feel completely comfortable around her. She encourages all of us to reach our own enlightened potential. I truly enjoy discussing everything from Chakras to SCI to VW's to environmental issues to spirituality with her.
My first meeting with Kati (although I had noticed her many times before) came at NYE this year. In my two minutes of conversation with her, Kati completely blew my mind, making actual tangible efforts to get to know me... really know me. She is unlike anyone I have met before, and I am thankful to call her a friend. My hope is that Kati and I share numerous amazing, magical moments in a sea of Cheese. What a total pleasure and blessing it is to be a friend of Katherine. Not only does my intensity not scare her away, she thrives on it. Whether its discussing the physics of ballet or transdimensional contact with higher order beings, my experience with Katherine is one of reducing friction to almost zero. Travelling with Katherine all summer in my RV and camping with her on the playa does indeed show that we are working together toward the goal of living a life of high efficiency and low friction. Katherine shares my love for vehicles made by Volkswagen. I am on my fourth VW (a New Beetle Convertible) and I have a fine appreciation for their vehicles. What is truly amazing about Katherine, though, is that she was not satisfied with the way that VW built her Turbo Diesel Jetta, namely that it used only diesel as a fuel. Instead, she has worked to convert her Jetta to run on veggie oil as well. Her fine commitment to the environment is shown by her willingness to spend her time and money working on her car and solve the problems with her conversion as they arise. I'm proud to have Katherine as my friend, and I love her too. I'm glad that we can be here together for the revolution.

This is a three piece cast crystal necklace made by Hilal and Me in the Hibri Glass studio, San Antonio Texas. Hilal hand sculpted this piece in wax first, then we cast it, polished it, gold leafed it, and strung it up with hessonite garnets and vermeil

Recently, I have been learning the art of glass casting from my fiance, Hilal. We start with sculpting wax, then we make plaster molds of our sculpture (melt the wax out), and fill them with leaded crystal chuncks. We place the mold inside a kiln to make beautiful sculptures and jewelry. We have sold some pieces, and are trying to make a business out of it. Check out www.HibriGlass.com
