gopala is a pure soul, radiant and clear, and in the moment, a person who is healthy inside and out, which is rare. i'm impressed by his lack of addictions to chemicals, his playfulness, his innocence, and his dedication to yoga and spirit. he is open minded, adventuresome, with a refreshing prediction for laughter and an ability to express himself without hang ups that allows the flow of the divine to come through him. he has an intelligent and balanced, wide eyed wonder about the world, which should be respected and cherished, and valued as something precious. he's a special one.

Just to let you know that I’m still alive for those who I’ve not been in touch with. I am in Mysore, India for the next two months studying ashtanga vinyasa at the source with the Jois family, my practice has never been stronger and done things I may never repeat. I’m not getting a lot of personal attention with 100 people packed in the room at once, but the presence of Guruji, the energy of the shala, the heat, and the Jois family ages 2 to 91 is incredible.
