Who wants to help a group of hot bellydancers!!

The Shakti Dance Movement Bellydance Troupe is having our first annual fund raiser. We'll be hostessing a big party the first weekend in April, with performances by Zoe of Bellydance Superstars, Shakti, and other local artists, poets, musicians, and dancers.

We need your help. 1st, we are looking for actual human volunteers the night of the big party, for a wide array of jobs including (but not limited to) front door, stage managing, costuming, shmoozing, etc.

We also are looking for people willing to donate goods and/or services that will go to either our raffle or silent auction. If you are an artist of any kind, or have a wonderful service to provide, please let me know ASAP so I can put you on our list. Anyone willing to perform for our even is also welcome to get in touch.

What will you get out of it?? Lots of publicity for yourself, free admission to the event, and the undying love and gratitude of a group of extremely smart, sexy, talented women (priceless).

Furry Boots to borrow?

I'm going to the mainland at the last minute, and was wondering if anyone had a pair of warm furry boots I could borrow for my trip. I lent mine away cuz I thought I'd be staying here. I'm a size 71/2-8. I leave on Sat.

My kitty...

Ate her first lizard today-well, the first one that I saw. She crushed it's little skull between her teeth like it was nothing. But not before torturing it. Yesterday Bryna found her sitting in a pile of bird feathers. We found the bird today buried in the compost . We got a wild one on our hands for sure- she's such a rock star!!
