Spicy Caesar Salad Dressing
created by yours truly (Shannon)

Add to food processor:
4 Anchovy filets (each filet is half a fish. Purchase high quality ones packed in oil - not in a can!)
2 T Lemon juice (freshly squeezed from a Meyer Lemon)
1 + Whole head of freshly peeled garlic (start with one head & you may want to add more - to your taste)
1t Dijon mustard
1/2 C Mayonaise
3-5 Drops Habanero Tabasco sauce (more if you want your eyes to water profusely!)

Blue Moose Cafe ( local favorites » restaurants ) "Great all vegetarian restaurant!" Large varied menu, with many vegan choices. Two tasty soups created daily. Located at NE Fremont & 50th... Open Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner... My favorite is the burrito in a bowl.
