I am a microscopic reflection of what is. I love the experience of connecting with people in such a way that we realize the greatest truth: you are me and I am you. It can happen with anyone as we are all reflections of each other; all part of the ONE.

I am a fractal expression of everything around me and through me, in an ecstatic altered state of consciousness - sometimes :)

I am now learning to find a balance and to observe/witness polarization; learning to dance within the marriage of opposites, not running away from the duality of mind/body, male/female, light/dark, hopeless/fearless.

What a trip it is, and it's only getting more and more fantastic as I bring myself into the moment. I am constantly revising my life. I am constantly practicing integration: integrating the work I do when I relax: meditating, altering consciousness, experiencing the NOW in whatever shape. Allowing for the *flow* of all energies to marry within myself; contemplating all aspects of the divine and the ever present now.
