I've moved to the desert, out by Joshua tree 8 months ago. I was living in Kansas City before that for 4 years. I loved living there, it was a much slower pace that Los Angeles, where I had been living 10 years before moving to KC. But I've owned a cabin in Joshua Tree for 7 years and had never lived here so am now trying out the desert lifestyle full time.
