Ok...Shawn likes to talk a lot about punching dumb asses in the throat. It's not that I don't believe he couldn't or wouldn't, he's certainly a man that walks his talk. It's more that his handsome smile, deep laughter , charms and down home manners would fend off any such need for that sort of confrontation. Don't be fooled by his tough guy act!

TURMOIL! That IS the word of the day. Interviewing for a new job is a task I don't wish upon my worst enemy. I mean, if you have pride in your work, then everyone HAS to be a self-questioning situation. Am I good enough? Am I smart enough? Do I APPEAR the part? UGH! I do interview well, that I can admit, but the waiting game! Sleep has been somewhat of a non-issue for the past week or so, I'm letting it get to me, and I'm gonna have to bring that to a stop!

Been awhile since I logged on. Laid off from a total clusterfuck of a restaurant for questionable reasons, after getting them open and branding all of my recipes to their location, they canned me for someone else who would work for cheaper. C'est la vie. So, lookin for a new job cheffin' it up somewhere. Tacoma is the armpit of the American culinary world, so having to look outside the 253 area code. Seattle has some great opportunities, and am also looking at employment in Mt. Rainier Nation...

I know! I know! Why Tacoma, right? Well, the boyfriend bought a house and I was extended a job offer at one of Tacoma's best restaurant as night lead, which of course I couldn't say no to! So, here I am folks, living in Seattle's dirty, retarded little sister of a city...and liking it ALOT!
